OpenClaw Services provides OpenClaw installation, upgrades, data safekeeping, and technical support services. The service is provided remotely unless otherwise specified.

Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

OpenClaw Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided are the intellectual property of OpenClaw Services unless otherwise stated.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for prepaid services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
